Several practical and straightforward designed menus allow an operator to use to the full, all facilities for planning, storing of gathered data and to view the chart content and the information of the interfaced sensors using any display scale. TRAX® systems provide the same user-friendly basic functions as TheMAP systems, although they differ significantly on the outside because of their unique “icon steered” human interface compared with the Windows pull down menus of TheMAP.
The systems can be supported by detailed digital chart information in vector or raster scan format making Chartworx systems the most powerful and flexible tool to support safe navigation.
